Greg has recently been promoted to Tekline’s Safety Director and Talent Acquisition Manager. He comes to Tekline with over 10 years of experience in education, over 4 years as Job Placement Counselor and has worked out in the field on some of Tekline’s commercial projects. As Talent Acquisition, Greg oversees hiring talented and motivated individuals that would fit in with Tekline’s culture and future goals. His career path has enabled him to refine his communication and interpersonal skills, allowing him to build and retain professional relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and other working partners.  

Greg is also Tekline’s Safety Director. He is responsible for upholding OSHA. policies, administers the project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensures OSHA and other safety certifications are up-to-date with our employees, conducts safety training, testing and record keeping for all employees, coordinates training events, coordinates with our management team and customer agencies to ensure all safety requirements are identified, communicated to employees, and fulfilled, manages the safety program budget, planning, acquiring, controlling, and distributing all safety equipment, supplies, and training aids to employees. Greg also supports the HR functions of the company to create policies that leave employees feeling safe and supported.
