Steven is an Estimator at Tekline Electrical Services with over 10 years of industry experience, all with Tekline. Originally from Arlington Heights, Illinois, Steven has lived in Arizona for more than 25 years. He completed the IEC Apprenticeship Program while working in the trade, building a strong foundation through hands-on field experience before transitioning into estimating.

Steven began his career in the field, where he developed a deep understanding of how projects are built and installed. Today, he applies that knowledge to reviewing drawings, performing takeoffs, pricing materials, and building accurate, reliable proposals. His real-world experience allows him to approach estimating with a practical mindset, making him a valuable asset to both the team and clients.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys working on vehicles, tackling home projects, gaming, and spending time with his girlfriend. He’s a Chicago Bears fan and enjoys anything hands-on, especially when it involves figuring out how things work.
