Sara Martin is the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Tekline Electrical Services, where she brings a mix of strategy, creativity, and real-world industry experience. An Arizona native, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and has spent the past 16 years in the commercial construction industry. Her connection to the trades started early, growing up around her father’s electrical company, which helped shape both her work ethic and her passion for the industry.

At Tekline, Sara wears a lot of hats and thrives in the fast-paced nature of the industry. From leading marketing strategy and bd efforts to creating proposals, branding, and marketing materials, she plays a key role in helping drive the company’s growth. She’s also big on building relationships and creating a strong, positive culture—bringing energy, creativity, and a little fun into everything she does.

Sara is deeply involved in her community. She is a dedicated Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona and has been actively involved with ICAN for the past three years, serving as Co-Chair of the Dream BIG Gala this year. She’s also spent years supporting local organizations, education foundations, and community initiatives—from toy drives to volunteer events—always looking for ways to give back and stay involved.

Outside of the office, Sara is always on the go and rarely sits still. She loves spending time with her husband and her 11-year-old daughter, Ava, and is always working on something—whether it’s crafting, building, or tackling something new. She enjoys working out, traveling, shopping, and is a proud fan of the Arizona Cardinals.
